  • During normal business hours, call First State Bank of Thayer at 620-839-5232
  • After normal business hours, please call 800-528-2273.

When you call these numbers, please be prepared to share:

  • Your name, as it appears on your card
  • The card issuing bank (First State Bank of Thayer)
  • Your address:
    • For VISA Check Card or ATM card, this is the address on the account that is associated with the card
  • Your social security number
  • The account number on the card if available.
